This place has gone down hill. They are way understaffed like how do they suspect 2 nurses to care for a floor of 30 people for a night its ridiculous. My Mother always told my how lowsy the nurses are. Morning medications are being handed out late as late as 1:30 in the afternoon. drainage bags are not being fully drained leading for them to overflow and leak on the floor ruining my moms brand new bag. They serve the same food everyday, call lights are ignored why does my mom have to wait 3-4 hours for a glass of water this place is nuts.
Business response
This nursing facility sent my mom home with wounds on her feet never treated them nor reported to family. It has been 6 months and because of the neglect my mom was amputated.! The most disgusting thing is she was only there for 10 days while I went on vacation with my husband. Yes I have photos and documentation.
Business response
Me and my husband take care of my mother in law who has dementia. We hadn’t had a day off in 10 months so we decided to send her here for 5 days to get some rest. I was very apprehensive in taking her because I just felt guilty but, I knew I needed to recharge to better serve her. We sent her in a wheelchair with 5 days of clothes, socks, pajamas, and t shirts. They dropped her home on a stretcher with absolutely nothing. No clothes, no wheelchair, and no answers. My husband went up there immediately and they tried to give him someone else’s chair because the could not find her things. What! The next morning while giving a shower I noticed my mom has scratches on her legs that weren’t there before. I won’t blame anyone because I don’t know what happened and I’m sure they would give me the run around on answers. This was so hard for me and my husband to make this move and accept help, and instead of making this transaction smooth this happened. I will never recommend this place. This situation was ridiculous. Charity Baker
